Drawing competition rules

Article 1 – The organizing company

MARKETING CREATION , a simplified joint-stock company with a capital of 100,000 euros, having its registered office at 29 allée Saint Jean in Fuveau (13710), registered with the Trade and Companies Register of Aix-en-Provence under number 530 796 861, referred to as the "Organizer", is organizing a major game with no purchase obligation entitled "Welcome Family Drawing Competition", hereinafter referred to as the "Game", open from January 1, 2026 at 00:01 to June 30, 2026 at 23:59 inclusive (French time, UTC/GMT +1 being authoritative), i.e., 6 months.

Article 2 – GAME MATERIALS

The Game is announced on the website: https://welcomefamilyworld.com/concours and via coloring books made available to customers from January 1, 2026 (00:01) to June 30, 2026 (23:59).

Article 3 – GAME PROCESS

From January 1, 2026 at 00:01 to June 30, 2026 at 23:59 inclusive (French time, UTC/GMT +1 being authoritative) (the "Game Period"), the Participant must register for the Game by filling in the form available on the website: https://welcomefamilyworld.com/concours and may possibly be designated as a winner following a deliberation organized by the teams of the Organizer.

Article 4 – Conditions of participation

The game is open to any individual:

  • residing only in metropolitan France, overseas departments and territories and Europe
  • and wishing to participate in a personal capacity without any commercial purpose
  • excluding the staff of the Organizer and members of his family as well as any person who participated directly or indirectly in the design, implementation or management of the Game.

Participants under the age of 16 must obtain prior consent from their parents or other legal guardians. This consent will be demonstrated by participation in the Game in accordance with the Rules. Parental consent implies acceptance of the minor's participation, the terms of the Rules, the principle of the Game, and the Prize awarded.

Participation in the Game implies express and unreserved acceptance of these Rules in their entirety, the rules of online conduct (etiquette, code of good conduct, etc.), as well as the laws and regulations applicable to sweepstakes and contests in force in France. Any Participant who violates one or more articles of these Rules will be disqualified from participating in the Game and, where applicable, will forfeit any Prize they may have won, without prejudice to any legal action that may be taken.

Participation in the Game is strictly personal and nominative.

Article 5 – GAME PARTICIPATION CHANNELS AND COMMUNICATION MEDIA

Possible participation channels:

  • online at https://welcomefamilyworld.com/
  • via flyers in the coloring books distributed to the Participant
  • promotional materials distributed on the social networks Instagram and Facebook as well as via a QR Code or the website appearing on the [coloring books].

Article 5 – Game communication materials

The Game will be promoted through various promotional materials (list provided for informational purposes only):

  • publication on social media platforms Instagram, Facebook;
  • sending email / notification;
  • Support for the drawings featured in the "WELCOME FAMILY" coloring books.

Article 6 – TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

The game involves participants submitting a drawing that meets the criteria defined in the coloring book. Once the drawing is sent to the organizer's team, they will select the winner for a chance to win 1 scooter, 2 skateboards, and 2 costumes.

The Participant is required to register, during the Game period, on the website https://welcomefamilyworld.com/. For this purpose, and according to the instructions provided online, they will fill in the information necessary for their identification on the registration form, including their surname, first name, full postal address, valid email address and, although not mandatory, their telephone number.

Furthermore, in order to validate their participation in the Game, the Participant will need to indicate their acceptance of the Rules by ticking the box attesting to their acceptance.

Once registration is validated (confirmation email sent to the address provided by the participant) and the drawing is submitted to the Organizer, the Participant will be registered in the database. Only then will they be officially entered and potentially eligible to win the competition.
Only one entry per person (same last name, first name, date and place of birth, and same email or postal address) will be accepted, regardless of the submission method. This allows each member of the same household to participate in the contest. However, it is strictly forbidden to enter using multiple email addresses.

Participation by any means other than those specified in the Rules is excluded and will not be considered by the Organizer.
The Participant agrees to complete the registration form provided in good faith and to provide the Organizer with accurate information. The Participant must complete all mandatory fields.

The Participant is informed and agrees that the information entered, written, or communicated via registration form constitutes proof of their identity. Once validated, this information is binding on the Participant.

Throughout the Game period, the information recorded in the registered participants' database will be considered valid. Any false, erroneous, or incomplete statement will automatically result in the cancellation of participation in the Game. The same penalty will apply in the event of multiple registrations, and no appeals will be accepted.

In any event, no refund of participation fees for the Game will be made.

Article 7 – ALLOCATIONS

The following prizes are up for grabs during the duration of the game:

  •  1 scooter
  •  2 skateboard
  •  2 disguises

ARTICLE 8: ALLOCATION OF LOTS

Article 8.1 – Jury

The Winner(s) of the Prize(s) (the “Winner(s)”) will be designated by the Jury composed of employees of the Organizer, it being specified that the Jury will designate one of the Participants who has sent his drawing to the Organizer and who has fulfilled the conditions of participation in the Game.

All draws will be carried out by the Organizer on July 1, 2026 .

Only one prize will be awarded per winner. In other words, once a winner has been selected, they cannot be selected a second time.

Article 8.2 – Procedures for the Awarding of Prizes

Winners will receive, within 1 to 2 weeks following the Jury meetings, at the email address provided during their registration, the details of how to claim their prize.

In the absence or incompleteness of the information necessary to participate in the Game, the Organizer reserves the right to refuse participation.
For each winner selected, prizes will be awarded within 60 (sixty) business days from the date the Organizer sends the winning confirmation email. If a winner does not respond to this email within 15 days, the draw will be considered cancelled and the Organizer may dispose of the prize as they see fit.

Only one prize will be awarded per individual (same name, surname, date and place of birth, and same email or postal address).
The prize awarded is final and cannot be contested by the winner. It is strictly personal and cannot be transferred, given away, or sold to any third party.

The Prize cannot be refunded in cash, exchanged, given in whole or in part in kind or in cash, nor can it be offset against any sums that may be owed to the Organizer.

Article 8.3 – Checks before allocation of grants

The winners will be contacted by the Organizer for the purpose of:

  • confirm with them the postal address indicated on the registration form, and
  •  their identity

in order to receive their allocation.

The Winners authorize the Organizer to carry out all necessary checks relating to the information given during their participation in the Game, for the respect and application of the Rules and without the Organizer having the obligation to carry out a systematic verification of all the entries received.

Therefore, the Organizer reserves the right to request from the Winner any justification attesting to the correlation between the postal address provided by the Participant and that appearing on a bill (electricity, gas, water, etc.)

Any inaccuracy in the information provided by the Winners, particularly regarding their identity or age, will automatically result in the cancellation of their participation in the Game and the forfeiture of their Prize. The prize will remain the exclusive property of the Organizer. Similarly, if a Participant is unable to provide the evidence requested by the Organizer, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the participant's participation and forfeit their Prize.

Article 8.4 – Participant's Commitment

The Participant certifies that the contact details sent to the Organizer are accurate and up-to-date. The Participant is duly informed that the information requested during registration for the Game is necessary for processing their participation in accordance with the Rules and for awarding Prizes according to the procedures and verifications stipulated in the Rules.

Article 9 – CONTROLS AND RESERVATIONS

The Organizer reserves the right to shorten, extend, suspend, modify, or cancel the Game. However, these changes will be communicated in advance by all appropriate means.

The Organizer cannot be held responsible in the event of malfunction of the Internet or telephone network preventing registration for the Game or the delivery of the Prize.

Similarly, the Organizer cannot be held responsible in any way for any error or non-delivery of the winning notification by email resulting from the actions of Internet service providers.

During and after the Game period, no oral or telephone inquiries regarding the Game or the interpretation of these Rules will be answered.
Any disputes arising from the interpretation of these Rules will be expressly submitted to the Organizer's sole discretion and, ultimately, to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.

Article 10 – LIABILITY

The Organizer shall not be held liable for any damage, whether tangible or intangible, caused to Participants, their computer equipment and the data stored therein, as well as for any consequences that may arise therefrom on their personal, professional or commercial activity.

Article 11 – FRAUD

The Organizer may cancel or suspend all or part of the Game if it seems or appears to it that acts of fraud and/or malice have occurred in any form whatsoever and/or if the proper administrative and/or technical operation of the Game is disrupted by a virus, bug and/or unauthorized human intervention or any other cause beyond the Organizer's control.

In these circumstances, the Organizer reserves the right not to award Prizes to Participants suspected of these acts, and they may be excluded from the Game and have their participation cancelled.

Any Participant suspected of fraud or malicious acts or failing to comply with the terms of the Rules may be excluded from the Game and will result in the cancellation of their participation.

Article 12 – PERSONAL DATA

Participants authorize all verifications concerning their identity and contact details as defined in the Rules. Any false or inaccurate indication of identity or address will automatically result in disqualification.

The Winners expressly and freely authorize the use and dissemination of their name, surname, city and Prize in an editorial and photographic manner for the communication of the Organizer through any channel chosen by the latter for this purpose, as well as on the occasion of any advertising, promotional campaign or media relations related to the Game.

The personal data concerning Participants, collected within the framework of the Game, is mandatory and necessary for its management.
It is intended solely for the Organizer responsible for processing.

The Participant is authorized to communicate data concerning him/her to subcontractors and/or service providers for management purposes inherent to the Game.

The information provided in connection with participation in this Game will not be kept unchanged for more than one year. The Organizer undertakes to take all necessary precautions to ensure the security of the information and, in particular, to prevent its disclosure to unauthorized third parties.

In accordance with applicable regulations, and in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (the “GDPR”) and the French Data Protection Act of 1978, as amended, all Participants have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict the processing of their personal data. They may also exercise their right to data portability. For these purposes and for any other questions relating to their personal data, Participants may contact the Organizer's Data Protection Officer at dpd@marketingcreation.com . If, after contacting the DPO, a Participant believes that their rights regarding the protection of their personal data have not been respected, they may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (French Data Protection Authority).

Participants who request the deletion of their data before the end of the Game or who refuse to transmit it to the Organizer will no longer be able to participate in the Game and, if applicable, claim to benefit from the Prize they may have won.

Article 13 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The reproduction, representation or exploitation of all or part of the elements comprising the Game (logos, trademarks, visuals) is strictly prohibited.

Article 14 – REGULATIONS – APPLICABLE LAW – DISPUTES

The complete Rules of the Game are available at: https://welcomefamilyworld.com/reglement-concours-dessin throughout the Game period. The Organizer will make every effort to ensure that the Rules are accessible at this address or online throughout the Game period, but is not obligated to guarantee this.

The Game and the Rules are governed exclusively by French law. Before any legal action, any dispute concerning the interpretation and/or arising from the Rules will be subject to amicable settlement.

Any dispute or claim relating to the Game must be made to the following address: contact@welcomefamily.fr.

To be admissible, the request must include the name of the Game, the date of participation in the Game, the Participant's full contact details, and the reason for the dispute or claim. No other method of dispute or claim will be considered.
