The rules
of the game

Goal of the game :

Go around all the planets of the Cosmos and validate all the challenges.

Preparing for the game:

Distribute a planet and its associated character to each player. Raise the dice.

The youngest explorer starts and rolls both dice!

Course of the game:

2 possibilities are available to the explorer:

  • Even number + a planet = the explorer has found the coordinates of the latter and goes to the planet
  • Odd number + a planet = the coordinates were not good for the next explorer to play


When arriving on a planet, the explorer must win the challenge indicated on the back to validate his trip. In case of defeat, he returns to his planet.

The winner is the one who has validated all the challenges of the planets of the Cosmos!


The black hole of the Cosmos Welcome Family World gameThe Black Hole : In the vastness of Cosmos space hides a black hole! Watch out for him, he can take you to your destination as he can lose you in the depths of the Cosmos:

  • Even number + black hole = he can go to the planet of his choice
  • Odd number + black hole = he gets sucked up by it and will skip his next turn.

The powers
of the characters

Each inhabitant of his planet has powers that can be used once per game.

the earthling
If he loses a challenge, he can restart one immediately.
The Martian
He can discover the coordinates of a planet and travel there.
The Neptunian
He can re-roll the dice if a draw does not suit him.
The Mercurian
He can choose to reverse the direction of play.
The Venusian
He can choose to block an explorer's turn.

The challenges
of the planets

When you arrive on a planet of the Cosmos, a challenge awaits you to validate your exploration.

Earth
Challenge: On my planet there is...

The goal is to say "On my planet there is..." and complete the sequence.

The other players must memorize it, repeat it and complete it with a new element. Example:
Player 1: "On my planet there is a cow."
Player 2: "On my planet there is a cow and a fork.

The person who is wrong loses.
March
Challenge: The theme game

The Martian chooses a theme (sea animals, school supplies, vegetables...).

Each in turn, you have to say a word related to the theme. The player who does not find a word or who repeats a word already announced loses.
Neptune
Challenge: The Blind Test

The Neptunian chooses a song in his head and starts humming it (lips closed).

To validate the challenge, the visitor must find the title of the song or the name of the artist in less than 30 seconds.
Venus
Challenge: The ShiFuMi

The visitor plays a game of Rock - Paper - Scissors with the Venusian.

The winner is the one who wins 3 rounds.

The rules are:
The scissor cuts the paper.
The paper covers the stone.
The stone breaks the chisel.
Mercury
Challenge: The mime game

The Mercurian chooses an animal and begins to mime it quietly.

To validate the challenge, the visitor must find the name of the animal in less than 30 seconds.

Earth

Challenge: On my planet there is...

The goal is to pronounce “On my planet there is…” and complete the sequence. The other players must memorize it, repeat it and complete it with a new element.

Example : 

  • Player 1: “On my planet there is a cow. »
  • Player 2: “On my planet there is a cow and a fork.

The wrong person loses.

Venus

Challenge: The ShiFuMi

The visitor plays a game of Rock – Paper – Scissors with the Venusian.

The winner is the one who wins 3 rounds.

The rules are :

  • The scissor cuts the paper.

  • The stone breaks the chisel.
