The rules
of the 7 Families game
Objective of the game:
To have as many families as possible.
Game preparation:
One of the players deals 7 cards to all participants. The remaining cards serve as the draw pile.
The youngest player starts the game!
Game progression:
To start a game, Player 1 asks another player if they have the card of their choice.
- If the player being questioned has this card, he must give the card to Player 1.
- If he does not have the card, Player 1 must draw a card.
If, during the draw, Player 1 draws the card he wanted, he must say out loud "Good draw!" and can thus play again once.
If he does not draw the desired card, he skips his turn and it is up to the player to his left to ask for a card of his choice.
The winner is the one who has the most families ahead of him.
The constraints!
A player can only request a card from a family if they already have one in their hand.
If a player has a complete set (all 6 cards), they place the set face up in front of them. The game ends when the draw pile is empty.
