ARTICLE 1: PURPOSE
The company HANOÏ PARADIS, registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 929 404 127, having its registered office at Immeuble le Cassiopée, 34 rue Mozart – 92110 CLICHY, (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizing Company”), is organizing a game with a purchase obligation (hereinafter referred to as the “Game”), entitled “Paradis du Fruit x Fitness Park Vitamin Back-to-School Competition”.
This Game will take place from September 3 to 24, 2025 in participating Paradis du Fruit establishments (hereinafter referred to as the (“Participating Restaurants”) as well as participating Fitness Park establishments (hereinafter referred to as the (“Participating Gyms”) throughout France.
ARTICLE 2: CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
The Game is open to any individual of legal age residing in Metropolitan France (including Corsica but excluding the French overseas departments and territories) excluding staff members of the Organising Company, its directly or indirectly related companies, staff members of the company managing the Game, as well as members of the families of these companies.
To participate, you need internet access and a valid email address.
ARTICLE 3: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE GAME
The game takes the form of a prize draw. Eligibility for the prize draw:
To participate in the prize draw, you must be of legal age.
➢ Each Participant must:
Visit one of the Participating Restaurants or Venues between September 3rd and 24th, 2025;
Scan the QR code on the cards displayed in the Participating Restaurants and Venues;
Play the Fruit Machine game;
Complete the electronic form with your personal information (last name, first name), date of birth, email address, phone number, and restaurant/venue;
Read and accept the competition rules and the data protection policy;
Click on "I Participate" to validate your entry in the prize draw.
Participation is strictly personal and non-transferable. Participants may not, under any circumstances, participate using multiple pseudonyms and/or email addresses (regardless of the number of email addresses they possess) or on behalf of other participants. Any multiple entries, particularly those submitted via different email addresses, will result in the participant's disqualification, and they will not be eligible to receive any prize they may have won.
The Organising Company reserves the right to carry out the necessary checks relating to the identity, age, contact details of Participants in case of reasonable doubt and compliance with the Rules.
Any incomplete, erroneous, falsified registration or one that does not allow the Participant to be identified will be considered null and void and will not be taken into account, the Participant then being unable to claim the prize offered.
Any Participant who decides to exercise their right to withdraw or object to the processing of their data, their right to erasure, and their right to restrict processing before the end of the Game, forfeits their participation and any prize. The same applies to the Winner who exercises any of the listed rights before receiving the prize.
The Organising Company will conduct a new draw to select a new winner.
ARTICLE 4 – DRAWING OF LOTS
For Participants, participation in the Fruit Machine game and completion of the electronic form entitles them to participate in the prize draw.
The draw determines the Participants who win the prizes offered.
Winning at the Fruit Machine does not guarantee winning the final prize draw of the Contest. If a participant wins the Fruit Machine mini-game, they are automatically awarded one additional entry in the Contest prize draw. This additional entry increases their chances of being selected, but does not guarantee a prize. Each participant can only receive one additional entry during the entire duration of the contest, even if they participate multiple times.
On September 25, 2025, the draw will be carried out using an algorithm that will randomly determine the winners, hereinafter referred to as "Winners".
Winners have one (1) year from the date the coupon was sent to use their prize.
An email will be sent to the winners no later than ten (10) days after the draw informing them that they are indeed the Winners of the Game.
Winners will have seven (7) calendar days from the date of sending this email to confirm their acceptance of the prize in return by email.
The prize will be paid out as follows:
The "A Year at Paradis du Fruit" coupons/cards will be managed by the company HANOI PARADIS. The "A Fitness Park Membership" coupons/cards will be managed by the company FITNESS PARK.
Winners who refuse their prize and/or fail to claim it within the specified timeframe and/or fail to respond within the aforementioned timeframe will be considered to have forfeited their prize outright. The prize will no longer be awarded to them and cannot be claimed at a later date under any circumstances.
In the event that any or all of the Winners' contact information proves to be manifestly false or incorrect, particularly their email address, the Organizing Company shall under no circumstances undertake any search whatsoever to locate the Winners. In such cases, the Winners shall forfeit their prize and shall not be entitled to any compensation.
Each prize offered is nominative and non-transferable. At the winner's request, the prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation, nor can it be replaced by a prize of equivalent value.
The Organising Company may, if circumstances beyond its control require it or in the event of force majeure, replace the Prize with a prize of equivalent nature and value.
The Organising Company cannot be held responsible for Internet network congestion, the quality of Internet users' equipment, or the quality of their access method, which could have repercussions on the receipt of Prizes.
Any fraudulent entry and/or entry that does not comply with these Rules will be disqualified and will result in the entry being void. Any participant thus disqualified will not be entitled to any prize. The Organizing Company reserves the right to reallocate any prize that may have been wrongfully awarded.
The Organising Company reserves the right to carry out all necessary checks regarding the identity and postal address of the Winner. Any false statement will automatically disqualify the Winner.
ARTICLE 5 – PRIZE UP FOR GRABS
The prizes up for grabs are as follows:
➢ Thirty-six (36) “A Year of Fruit Paradise” coupons for one (1) adult, valued at €360 excluding VAT
Limited to one meal per month (one dish + one drink – maximum spend of €30). Offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, cannot be combined with any other discount, and is non-refundable if the €30 spend limit is not reached. Voucher valid only at the Paradis du Fruit restaurant closest to the Fitness Park gym where the winner participated. Valid only at participating Paradis du Fruit locations.
➢ Thirty-two (32) standard 1-year Fitness Park memberships for one (1) adult, valued at €418 excluding VAT
This subscription includes:
- Unlimited access to all clubs
- Free access video courses
- Home training with Home Park
- Training and progress tracking with the Fitness Park app
Once the prize has been awarded to the winner, each partner company will be solely responsible for the activation, management and proper functioning of the coupon or card corresponding to its brand.

Regarding the PARADIS DU FRUIT card coupon, the winner must contact HANOI PARADIS exclusively by mail at the following address: Immeuble le Cassiopée 34 rue Mozart, 92110 CLICHY, PARADIS DU FRUIT marketing department.
ARTICLE 6 – LIABILITY
The Organizing Company cannot be held responsible for internet network congestion, the quality of users' equipment, or the quality of their internet access, which may affect the connection time required for participation. Therefore, the Organizing Company cannot be held liable if electronic participation forms are not registered, are incomplete, or cannot be verified.
It is therefore the responsibility of each participant to take all appropriate measures to protect their own data and/or software stored on their computer and telephone equipment against any damage.
Each person's connection and participation in the Game is done under the sole and exclusive responsibility of the participants.
The Organizing Company reserves the right to cancel, postpone, extend, shorten, or modify this Game, in whole or in part, in the event of force majeure or exceptional circumstances beyond its control.
It shall not be held liable for such events under any circumstances. In this case, no compensation will be paid to the Participants.
The Organising Company declines all responsibility for any incidents and/or accidents that may occur to the Winner or his companions during the use and/or enjoyment of his prize and more generally, the Organising Company cannot be held responsible for any cases of force majeure or exceptional circumstances that would make it impossible to enjoy the prize.
The Organizing Company cannot be held responsible for delivery delays, losses, thefts, or damage to mail, whether caused by postal services or by problems inherent to electronic communication.
The Organizing Company reserves the right to calculate the duration of any interruptions to the Game due to technical reasons and to postpone it accordingly, thus extending its duration.
ARTICLE 7 – DRAWING MECHANISM
The winners will be drawn using an algorithm.
ARTICLE 8 – DISPUTE – CLAIMS – REFUND
8.1 Disputes and claims
In the event of any dispute or claim relating to the interpretation of these Rules, for any reason whatsoever, requests must be sent to the Organising Company via the website https://www.leparadisdufruit.fr/contacts/, within a maximum period of two (2) months after the date of the draw, i.e. until November 25, 2025.
8.2 Reimbursement of connection fees
It is noted beforehand that Participants using access providers that include telephone connections for free or on a flat-rate basis are, by nature, not eligible for reimbursement.
Requests for reimbursement of connection fees (same name and same address) for the entire duration of the Game and the postage used for this request (reimbursement based on the current standard rate, one stamp per envelope) must be submitted in writing to the Game's address. Reimbursement requests must specify the exact date and time of the connection.
Connection fees are reimbursed based on a three (3) minute connection.
To obtain this reimbursement, simply submit a written request by mail to the address indicated in Article 9.2 of these Rules. The required documents are as follows:
- a photocopy of proof of identity,
- Proof of residence in metropolitan France dated less than three months prior,
- a photocopy of the detailed telephone bill showing the date, time and duration of the call,
- a bank account number (RIB or RIP).
No refund request will be considered if it is made more than ten (10) days after the Game's closing date. Refunds will be processed within one month of the Game's end.
ARTICLE 9 – ACCEPTANCE OF AND ACCESS TO THE RULES
9.1 Acceptance of the Regulations
Participation in the Game implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Rules and the terms and conditions of the Game.
9.2 Any fraud, attempted fraud or failure to comply with these Regulations will result in the immediate and automatic disqualification of the perpetrator, with the Organising Company reserving the right, where appropriate, to take legal action against them.
9.3 Access to the Rules and the list of Participating Restaurants and Participating Venues.
The list of Participating Restaurants and Participating Venues is included in Appendix 1 of these Regulations.

(Reimbursement of postage costs at the current standard rate – based on 20g / reimbursement limited to one request per household, same name, same address, same bank account details (RIB/RIP), enclosed in the same envelope as the participation fee reimbursement request). Any incomplete, illegible, or postage reimbursement request submitted after September 25, 2025 will be considered void. Multiple reimbursement requests will not be accepted.
ARTICLE 10 – PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 as amended by law no. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, as well as European Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, the personal data of Participants may be processed on paper or by automated processing.
The personal data collected includes: name, surname, email address, date of birth, telephone number, postal address.
This personal data is collected for the purposes of managing the Game, determining the Winners and awarding the prize. It is intended for the Organising Company, acting as Data Controller.
The personal data collected will not be used for marketing purposes. It will not be sold or transferred to third parties in any way. The data will only be accessible to employees of the Organizing Company or its subsidiaries, and to technical service providers involved in managing the Game.
The personal data collected in connection with the Game is kept for the duration of the Game and for three (3) years after its end for the provision of prizes and to be able to respond to any possible disputes.
The Organising Company undertakes to take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect Personal Data and to keep it for the duration of the operation and until the Prize is awarded, after which it will be deleted by the Organising Company.
Participants have the rights listed by the GDPR. These rights can be exercised by sending an email to the following address:

It should be noted that any Participant or Winner (before the Prize is awarded) requesting the deletion of their personal information before the end of the Game or refusing to provide it to the Organizing Company will no longer be able to participate in the Game and, if applicable, claim any Prize they may have won. In the event of any difficulties related to the management of personal data within the context of the Game, a complaint may be filed with the CNIL – 3, place de Fontenoy – TSA 80715 – 75334 PARIS CEDEX 07.
ARTICLE 11 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Organizing Company retains ownership of its trademark, image, and all intellectual property rights.
Participants are therefore prohibited from reproducing or exploiting, in whole or in part, their trademark, image, and intellectual property rights without their express, prior written authorization.
ARTICLE 12 – DISPUTES
All cases not covered by these Regulations will be decided by the Organising Company, whose decisions will be final.
The same will apply to any potential disputes.
ARTICLE 13 – GAME MODIFICATIONS
Additions or modifications to these Rules may be published during the Game; they will be considered as annexes to these Rules and will apply automatically and without delay to Participants.
