RULES OF THE COMPETITION
“Léon OP EPIPHANIE BY LEON competition”
ARTICLE 1: OBJECT
The LDF Company, registered in the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 325 231 272, with its head office at 55, rue Deguingand – 92300 LEVALLOIS-PERRET, (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizing Company”), is organizing a game with purchase obligation (hereinafter referred to as the “Game”), entitled “Léon OP EPIPHANIE competition game BY LEON.
This Game will take place from January 1 to 22, 2025 in participating establishments of the Léon brand (hereinafter referred to as the (“Participating Restaurants”) throughout France.
ARTICLE 2: CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
The Game is open to any adult natural person residing in Metropolitan France (including Corsica, excluding DROM COM) who is a member of the Léon loyalty program “Club Léon” with the exclusion of members of the staff of the Organizing Company, its directly or indirectly related companies, members of the staff of the company managing the Game, as well as family members of these companies.
To participate, it is necessary to have Internet access and a valid email address.
ARTICLE 3: TERMS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE GAME
The Game is in the form of a draw.
Eligibility for the draw
To participate in the draw, you must be of legal age and a member of Club Léon.

Participation is strictly personal and nominative and the Participant may under no circumstances play under several pseudonyms and/or with several e-mail addresses (regardless of the number of e-mail addresses he or she has) or on behalf of other Participants. Any multiple entries, particularly via different email addresses, will result in the Participant being excluded; he or she will not be able, under any circumstances, to benefit from the prize potentially won.
The Organizing Company reserves the right to carry out the necessary checks relating to the identity, age, contact details of Participants in the event of reasonable doubt and compliance with the Regulations.
Any incomplete, erroneous, falsified or registration that does not allow the Participant to be identified will be considered void and will not be taken into account, the Participant not being able to claim the prize at stake.
Any Participant who decides to exercise their right of deletion or opposition, right to erasure and limitation of processing before the end of the Game, renounces their participation and obtains their winnings. The same applies to the Winner who exercises one of the rights listed before receiving the winnings.
The Organizing Company will carry out a new draw to designate a new winner.
ARTICLE 4 – DRAW
For Participants (Non-members and Members), completing the questionnaire on the page and completing the electronic form entitles them to participate in the draw.
The draw determines the Participant who wins the prize at stake.
On January 30, 2025, the draw will be carried out by the Organizing Company which will randomly determine the winner hereinafter “Winner”.

The Winner has one (1) year from the date the coupon is sent to use their winnings.
An e-mail will be sent to the winner no later than ten (10) days after the draw informing them that they are indeed the Winner of the Game.
The Winner will have a period of seven (7) calendar days from the sending of this e-mail to confirm their acceptance of the Win by e-mail.
The contact details will be transmitted to Ailleurs Communication who will be responsible for contacting the Winner to inform them of the procedure for receiving the winnings.
The Win will be addressed as follows:
The “Road Trip Châteaux de la Loire” coupon will be managed by the partner Ailleurs Communication.
A login and a password will be sent to the Winner so that he or she can connect to the online platform to benefit from the Win.
The Winner will have thirty (30) calendar days from sending their connection details to collect their Winning.
The Winner who refuses his winnings and/or who does not claim them within the deadline and/or who does not respond within the aforementioned deadline will be considered as having purely and simply renounced his winnings. The winnings will no longer be awarded to him and cannot under any circumstances be claimed later.
In the event that all or part of the Winner's contact details turn out to be manifestly false or erroneous, in particular his email address, it will under no circumstances be up to the Organizing Company to carry out research of any nature whatsoever to find the Winner. . In these specified cases, the Winner would lose the benefit of his Winning and would not be able to claim any compensation.
Each Prize offered is nominative and non-transferable. At the request of a Winner, the Winning cannot be reimbursed in cash or provided with compensation of any kind, nor replaced by a Winning of an equivalent nature.
The Organizing Company may, if circumstances beyond its control constituting a case of force majeure require it, to replace the Win with a win of equivalent nature and value.
The Organizing Company cannot be held responsible for the congestion of the Internet network, the quality of Internet users' equipment, nor the quality of their access method which could have repercussions on the receipt of the Winnings.
Any participation that is fraudulent and/or does not comply with these Rules cannot be taken into account and will result in the participation being declared void. Any participant thus disqualified will not be eligible for any prize. The Organizing Company then reserves the right to put back into play the prize that would have been wrongly awarded to it.
The Organizing Company reserves the right to carry out all necessary checks concerning the identity and postal details of the Winner. Any false declaration automatically results in its elimination.
ARTICLE 5 – PRIZE AWARDED
The prize at stake is as follows:
➢ One (1) “Road Trip Châteaux de la Loire” coupon for four (4) people worth €2,000 excluding VAT including:
The reservation must be made six (6) months before the chosen date. Outside of the end-of-year holiday period (subject to availability at the time of booking). Prize valid for one (1) year from the date the coupons are sent to the winners.
This coupon does not include:
Costs for chosen stays/services in an amount greater than the amount of the stay won, i.e. €2,000 excluding tax, remain the sole responsibility of the Winner.
ARTICLE 6 – LIABILITY
The Organizing Company cannot be held responsible for the congestion of the Internet network, the quality of Internet users' equipment, nor the quality of their access method which could have repercussions on the connection time necessary for participation. . Thus, the Organizing Company cannot be held liable if the electronic participation forms are not recorded, incomplete, or impossible to verify.
It is therefore up to all participants to take all appropriate measures to protect their own data and/or software stored on their computer and telephone equipment against any attack.
The connection of any person and participation in the Game is under the full and exclusive responsibility of the participants.
The Organizing Company reserves the right to cancel, postpone, extend, shorten or modify this Game partially or entirely in the event of force majeure or in the event of exceptional circumstances beyond its control.
It cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for such facts. In this case, no compensation will be paid to Participants.
The Organizing Company declines all responsibility for all incidents and/or accidents which may occur to the Winner or those accompanying them during the use and/or enjoyment of their prize and more generally, the Organizing Company cannot be held responsible for the voucher. progress of the stay or possible cases of force majeure or exceptional circumstances which would make it impossible to enjoy the winnings.
The Organizing Company cannot be held responsible for delivery delays, losses, theft, damage to mail, postal services, or problems inherent to electronic communication.
The Organizing Company reserves the right to count the duration of any interruptions to the Game for technical reasons and to postpone it accordingly, which would prolong its duration.
ARTICLE 7 – DISPUTE – CLAIM – REIMBURSEMENT
7.1 Dispute and complaint
In the event of a dispute or complaint relating to the interpretation of these Rules, for whatever reason, the requests must be transmitted to the Organizing Company via the website https://www.restaurantleon.fr/nous-contacter/ , within a maximum of two (2) months after the date of the draw, i.e. until March 30, 2025.
7.2 Reimbursement of connection fees
Please note that Participants using access providers that integrate telephone connections free of charge or at a flat rate are, by nature, not eligible for reimbursement.
Requests for reimbursement of connection costs (same name and same address) for the entire duration of the Game and the stamp used for this request (reimbursement on the basis of the slow rate in force, at the rate of one stamp per envelope), must be sent, in writing, to the address of the Game. Requests for reimbursement of expenses must specify the day and exact time of connection.
Reimbursement of connection fees is based on a three (3) minute connection.
To obtain this reimbursement, simply make a written request by post to the address indicated in article 8.2 of these Regulations. The documents to be communicated are as follows:
No refund request will be taken into account if it is made more than ten (10) days after the closing date of the Game. Refunds will be made within the month following the end of the Game.
ARTICLE 8 – ACCEPTANCE OF THE REGULATIONS AND ACCESS TO THE REGULATIONS
8.1 Acceptance of the Rules
Participation in the Game implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Rules and the terms of the Game.
Any fraud, attempted fraud or non-compliance with these Rules will result in the immediate and automatic disqualification of its author, the Organizing Company will reserving, if necessary, the right to initiate legal proceedings against him.
9.2 Access to the Regulations

(Reimbursement of shipping costs at the current slow rate – base 20 g / reimbursement limited to one request per household, same name, same address, same RIB/RIP, attached in the same envelope to the request for reimbursement of participation costs ). Any reimbursement request that is incomplete, illegible, or sent after January 30, 2025 will be considered void. No multiple refund requests will be accepted.
ARTICLE 9 – PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED
In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978 amended by Law No. 2004-801 of August 6, 2004, as well as European Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, the personal data of Participants may be processed on paper or automated processing.
The personal data is as follows: surname, first name, email address, date of birth, telephone number, postal address.
This personal data is collected for the purposes of managing the Game, determining the Winners, awarding the prize and registering for the Léon Club. They are intended for the Organizing Company.
The personal data collected as part of the Game are kept for the entire duration of the Game and for three (3) years after its end for the provision of winnings, to be able to respond to any possible disputes and for the purposes of managing the game. Leon Club.

ARTICLE 10 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Organizing Company remains the owner of its brand, its image and all intellectual property rights.
Participants therefore refrain from any reproduction or total or partial exploitation of their brand, image and intellectual property rights without their express, written and prior authorization.
ARTICLE 11 – DISPUTES
All cases not provided for in these Regulations will be decided by the Organizing Company, whose decisions will be final.
The same will apply to possible disputes.
ARTICLE 12 – PUBLICATION OF RESULTS
The Organizing Company reserves the right to publish the nominative results of the draw in the press.
If the Winner does not wish this, he or she must confirm this in writing to the Organizing Company at the address:

ARTICLE 13 – GAME MODIFICATIONS
Additives or modifications to these Rules may possibly be published during the Game; they will be considered as annexes to these Regulations and will apply automatically and without delay to the Participants.
