Competition rules
LDF, registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 325 231 272, having its registered office at 55, rue Deguingand – 92300 LEVALLOIS-PERRET, (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizing Company”), is organizing a game with a purchase obligation (hereinafter referred to as the
“Game”), entitled “Léon OP STATION LEON competition game”.
This Game will take place from December 4 to 31, 2024 in participating Léon chain establishments (hereinafter referred to as the (“Participating Restaurants”) throughout France.
The Game is open to any individual of legal age residing in Metropolitan France (including Corsica but excluding the French overseas departments and territories) who is a member of the Léon loyalty program "Club Léon", excluding staff members of the Organising Company, its directly or indirectly related companies, staff members of the company managing the Game, as well as members of the families of these companies.
To participate, you need internet access and a valid email address.
The game takes the form of a random draw.
To participate in the draw, you must be of legal age and a member of Club Léon.
Each non-member Participant of Club Léon, hereinafter referred to as a "Non-member Participant",

All Non-member and Member Participants are hereinafter referred to as the “Participant(s)”.
Participation is strictly personal and non-transferable. Participants may not, under any circumstances, participate using multiple pseudonyms and/or email addresses (regardless of the number of email addresses they possess) or on behalf of other participants. Any multiple entries, particularly those submitted via different email addresses, will result in the participant's disqualification, and they will not be eligible to receive any prize.
The Organizing Company reserves the right to conduct necessary checks regarding the identity, age, and contact information of participants in case of reasonable doubt and to ensure compliance with these Rules.
Any incomplete, erroneous, falsified registration or one that does not allow the Participant to be identified will be considered null and void and will not be taken into account, the Participant then being unable to claim the prize offered.
Any Participant who decides to exercise their right to withdraw or object to the processing of their data, their right to erasure, and their right to restrict processing before the end of the Game, forfeits their participation and any prize. The same applies to the Winner who exercises any of the listed rights before receiving the prize.
The Organising Company will conduct a new draw to select a new winner.
For Participants (Non-members and Members), completing the quiz on the page and filling out the electronic form entitles them to participate in the prize draw. The draw will determine which Participant wins the prize.
The Winner will have a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the sending of their login details to claim their Prize.
Any winner who refuses their prize and/or fails to claim it within the specified timeframe and/or fails to respond within the aforementioned timeframe will be considered to have forfeited their prize outright. The prize will no longer be awarded to them and cannot be claimed at a later date under any circumstances.
In the event that any or all of the Winner's contact information proves to be manifestly false or incorrect, particularly their email address, the Organizing Company shall under no circumstances undertake any search whatsoever to locate the Winner. In such cases, the Winner shall forfeit their prize and shall not be entitled to any compensation.
Each prize offered is nominative and non-transferable. At the winner's request, the prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation, nor can it be replaced by a prize of equivalent value.
The Organising Company may, if circumstances beyond its control constituting force majeure require it to do so, replace the Prize with a prize of equivalent nature and value.
The Organising Company cannot be held responsible for Internet network congestion, the quality of Internet users' equipment, or the quality of their access method, which could have repercussions on the receipt of Prizes.
Any fraudulent entry and/or entry that does not comply with these Rules will be disqualified and will result in the entry being void. Any participant thus disqualified will not be entitled to any prize. The Organizing Company reserves the right to reallocate any prize that may have been wrongfully awarded.
The Organising Company reserves the right to carry out all necessary checks regarding the identity and postal address of the Winner. Any false statement will automatically disqualify the Winner.
The prize offered is as follows:

Reservations must be made six (6) months prior to the chosen date. Excluding the end-of-year holiday period (subject to availability at the time of booking). Prizes are valid for one (1) year from the date the coupons are sent to the winners.

The costs of chosen stays/services exceeding the amount of the won stay, i.e., €2000 excluding VAT, remain exclusively the responsibility of the Winner.
The Organizing Company cannot be held responsible for internet network congestion, the quality of users' equipment, or the quality of their internet connection, which may affect the connection time required for participation. Therefore, the Organizing Company cannot be held liable if electronic participation forms are not registered, are incomplete, or cannot be verified.
It is therefore the responsibility of each participant to take all appropriate measures to protect their own data and/or software stored on their computer and telephone equipment against any damage.
Each person's connection and participation in the Game is done under the sole and exclusive responsibility of the participants.
The Organizing Company reserves the right to cancel, postpone, extend, shorten, or modify this Game, in whole or in part, in the event of force majeure or exceptional circumstances beyond its control.
It shall not be held liable for such events under any circumstances. In this case, no compensation will be paid to the Participants.
The Organising Company declines all responsibility for any incidents and/or accidents which may occur to the Winner or his companions during the use and/or enjoyment of his prize and more generally, the Organising Company cannot be held responsible for the smooth running of the stay or any cases of force majeure or exceptional circumstances which would make it impossible to enjoy the prize.
The Organizing Company cannot be held responsible for delivery delays, losses, thefts, or damage to mail, whether caused by postal services or by problems inherent to electronic communication. The Organizing Company reserves the right to calculate the duration of any interruptions to the Game due to technical reasons and to postpone it accordingly, thus extending its duration.
In the event of any dispute or claim relating to the interpretation of these Regulations, for any reason whatsoever, requests must be sent to the Organising Company via the website https://www.restaurantleon.fr/nous-contacter/, within a maximum period of two (2) months after the date of the draw, i.e. until March 9, 2025.
It is noted beforehand that Participants using access providers that include telephone connections for free or on a flat-rate basis are, by nature, not eligible for reimbursement.
Requests for reimbursement of connection fees (same name and same address) for the entire duration of the Game and the postage used for this request (reimbursement based on the current standard rate, one stamp per envelope) must be submitted in writing to the Game's address. Reimbursement requests must specify the exact date and time of the connection.
Connection fees are reimbursed based on a three (3) minute connection.
To obtain this reimbursement, simply submit a written request by mail to the address indicated in Article 8.2 of these Rules. The required documents are as follows:
No refund request will be considered if it is made more than ten (10) days after the Game's closing date. Refunds will be processed within one month of the Game's end.
Participation in the Game implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Rules and the terms and conditions of the Game.
Any fraud, attempted fraud or failure to comply with these Regulations will result in the immediate and automatic disqualification of the perpetrator, with the Organising Company reserving the right to take legal action against them.
These Rules and the list of Participating Restaurants are available free of charge on the website https://www.restaurantleon.fr/ or upon request in each of the Participating Restaurants, or upon written request made no later than January 9, 2025 (postmark as proof) to the following address:

(Reimbursement of postage costs at the current standard rate – based on 20g / reimbursement limited to one request per household, same name, same address, same bank account details (RIB/RIP), enclosed in the same envelope as the participation fee reimbursement request). Any incomplete, illegible, or postage reimbursement request submitted after January 9, 2025, will be considered void. Multiple reimbursement requests will not be accepted.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 as amended by law no. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, as well as European Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, the personal data of Participants may be processed on paper or by automated processing.
The personal data collected includes: name, surname, email address, date of birth, telephone number, postal address.
This personal data is collected for the purposes of managing the Game, determining the Winners, awarding the prize and registering participants for the Léon Club. It is intended for the Organising Company.
The personal data collected in connection with the Game is kept for the duration of the Game and for three (3) years after its end for the provision of prizes, to be able to respond to any possible disputes and for the needs of the management of Club Léon.
A right of access, rectification, deletion or objection to personal data concerning the Participant can be exercised by him at any time by contacting the Organising Company via the following messaging: dpo-mutualise@groupe-bertrand.com.
In case of difficulties related to the management of personal data in the context of the Game, a complaint may be filed with the CNIL – 3, place de Fontenoy – TSA 80715 – 75334 PARIS CEDEX 07.
The Organizing Company retains ownership of its trademark, image, and all intellectual property rights.
Participants are therefore prohibited from reproducing or exploiting, in whole or in part, their trademark, image, and intellectual property rights without their express, prior written authorization.
All cases not covered by these Regulations will be decided by the Organising Company, whose decisions will be final.
The same will apply to any potential disputes.
The Organising Company reserves the right to publish the nominative results of the draw in the press.
If the Winner does not wish to do so, they must confirm this in writing to the Organising Company at the following address:

Additions or modifications to these Rules may be published during the Game
; they will be considered as annexes to these Rules and will apply automatically and without delay to Participants.
